1. General Terms

By leaving your vehicle with AE Auto Paint (“the Shop”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all services, estimates, and repairs performed by AE Auto Paint.

2. Estimates & Approvals

All estimates provided are based on the initial inspection. If additional work is required once repairs begin, AE Auto Paint will contact you for approval before proceeding.

No work will begin without customer authorization, verbal or written.

3. Parts & Materials

Parts and materials used for repairs are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable.

AE Auto Paint is not responsible for defects in parts supplied by the customer or third-party vendors.

4. Payment Terms

Full payment is due upon completion of the job before the vehicle is released.

Accepted forms of payment include [insert accepted methods: cash, debit, credit card, etc.].

Returned checks or declined payments will incur a $35 processing fee.

5. Vehicle Pick-Up & Storage Fees

Customers are required to pick up their vehicle within 48 hours of being notified that repairs are complete.

After the 48-hour grace period, AE Auto Paint will charge a $55 per day late/storage fee until the vehicle is picked up and the account is paid in full.

Vehicles left for more than 30 days after completion may be considered abandoned under state law, and AE Auto Paint reserves the right to take legal action, including filing for title and/or disposal of the vehicle, to recover unpaid charges.

6. Liability Disclaimer

AE Auto Paint is not responsible for loss or damage to vehicles or contents due to fire, theft, vandalism, acts of God, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are advised to remove all personal items from their vehicle before leaving it for service.

7. Warranty

AE Auto Paint guarantees its workmanship for 12 months from the date of completion unless otherwise specified in writing.

This warranty covers labor and paint defects under normal use and excludes damage caused by collisions, misuse, poor maintenance, or environmental factors.

8. Authorization to Operate Vehicle

By signing or approving the repair order, the customer authorizes AE Auto Paint to operate the vehicle for testing, inspection, or delivery purposes.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Insert State], and any disputes shall be resolved in the local jurisdiction where AE Auto Paint operates.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By leaving your vehicle at AE Auto Paint or signing a repair order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including the daily $55 late/storage fee.
